End of week announcements

The skramz stonings ordered by King Herod disrupted xMANNAHx’s first tent show on their reformation tour, earlier this week. Luckily all in attendance escaped injury or death, however several wax cylinders were destroyed including the last known copy of Laurel’s self-titled LP.

Popular local scene member, Jesus of Nazareth, is celebrating his 21st birthday at The Old Bethlehem Stable this Sabbath, and is having an open party with free entry. The party will feature several local bands, headlined by the popular folk-punk group, The Samaritan Road Band. The event is BYO, and you are encouraged to bring a sacrifice with you as an offering.

Camels Jaw are set to a release a split with newcomers Apostles. The limited wax cylinder is set to come out in early February through Pray For Others Records.

Acoustic indie band, Parapets, fronted by Rabbi Christopher Mohhanosfield, have released their first tablet single this week, ‘Shiksas With Accents’, taken from their self-titled LP. They will be going on a short run of synagogue shows in support of the release.

There have been calls for caution for those heading to Cross Fest next weekend as gypsy raiders have reportedly been sighted in the area. Any sightings are to be reported to the Roman Guard.
